Text Box: Join us for a Journey of Discovery in our 2010 Season opening with  "Confusions +2"
Written by world-renowned playwright Alan Ayckbourn, "Confusions" is one of his best-loved and wittiest creations, reflecting on marriage and romantic relationships with great hilarity.
Taking the form of a series of interlinked One Act comedies (plus 2 extra pieces), "Confusions +" is an entirely new venture for the Bay Players, offering opportunities to extend and expand our talent pool in all areas of theatre, while continuing to uphold the values and production standards expected of us.
Working under the tutelage of experienced and award winning mentors, the new directors and seasoned cast have been selected and are looking forward to presenting an exciting season full of fun, wit, slapstick, love and laughter.

Text Box: One of the sauciest, most stylish American comedies of all time will be directed for the Bay Players by Val Mitchelmore.
Mary Haines’ society girlfriends know a secret about her husband – and between the beauty parlors, the department stores, the hours in psychoanalysis and the dinner parties – something’s sure to slip. Clare Booth Luce’s dishy, decadent classic comes to drop-dead-gorgeous life in a stunning large-scale production – as these cunning, sexy sophisticates use every weapon in their arsenal to fight for love, happiness, and their personal dignity. Spend an evening with this viciously entertaining group of women and you may discover that while times have changed, people haven’t.

Text Box: Cabaret, the much-loved and long-running musical will hit the stage live in Batemans Bay in October, Directed by Sharon Hendren.
"Welcome to the Cabaret" sings the Emcee of the Kit Kat Club as the people of Berlin 1929 join him. It shows the good and bad in people of that doomed city as they sing and dance on the edge of the wild ride that would become the Third Reich.
The show is about a world where inhibitions run free as a means of escaping dooming intolerance.
Memorable songs include Cabaret, Don't Tell Mama, Tomorrow Belongs To Me, The Money Song and Wilkommen. A show you won't forget. Come to the Cabaret! “A musical masterpiece!”
