The Bay Playhouse
The stage area, as set up for Act One of "Alice in Wonderland" The Bay Theatre Players are proud owners of a continually developing 96 seat theatre, wholly owned and operated by the company. To commemorate the first decade of operation the complex has recently been renamed The Bay Playhouse. The theatre was formally opened in 1998, culminating
decades of work and sweat by the group's members, who raised sufficient funds
over many years to purchase a rather rabbit-warren-like commercial building.
Patrons enter the theatre via an attractive garden
courtyard and foyer with entertainment facilities. The place seems to be always humming with activity, and is truly a Community Theatre, provided for the Community by members of the Community.
